Three Yin Intersection:- Press from top to bottom for 4 to 5 seconds. Note: Pregnant women should not press this point.

Bubbling Spring:- Bend the thumb and fingers. Now apply pressure on the pitted area in a circular motion or up and down for a few minutes.

Inner Frontier Gate:- Apply pressure on this point in a circular manner or upwards and downwards.
